Return & Exchange Policy

Customer who intend to return and exchange shall fulfil Jefferson’s Return and Exchange Policy(a) and do in accordance Return & Exchange Procedure(b). 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Return and exchange only applicable to item purchased that meets condition listed below:

  • Item to return and exchange must be unworn, unwashed, uncut hand tag, any other accessories and receipt attached. Item would be inspected upon return for acceptance. 

  • Return and exchange only applicable to sizes but not other designs. Sizes exchange only be accepted once, no cash refund applies. 

  • Return and exchange is not applicable to clearance sale, massive price cut and international order. 

 

Return & Exchange Procedure

Retail Stores Purchase

  • Customer walk-in to return and exchange within 7 days upon purchased receipt for acceptance. 

  • Customer intends for cross outlet exchange. Do contact customer service. contact-us  (click-in)

Online Stores Purchase ( Website, Lazada & Shopee )

  • Customer send request to return and exchange within 7 days upon parcel received, according to courier shipment data for acceptance.

  • Do contact customer service. contact-us (click-in). 

 

Option 1 – Return & Exchange in Jefferson’s Retail Store

  • Customer may return and exchange in any Jefferson’s outlets. outlet-locations (click-in).

  • Customer have to contact customer service in prior visiting retail outlet in allowing admin to check stock availability and inform outlet staff. 

  • contact-us (click-in). Do provide customer service following details:

    • Order ID, Customer Name, Item Name, Size Purchased, Size Intend to Exchange, Outlet Intend to Visit

 

Option 2 – Return & Exchange via Courier Service

  • Customer have to return item purchased on its own cost. 

  • Customer is required to add on an additional RM10 return shipping fees ( Peninsular Malaysia ) or RM15 ( Sabah & Sarawak ). 

  • Customer have to contact customer service in prior returning item purchased in allowing admin to check stock availability and noted on the parcel returned.

  •  contact-us (click-in). Do provide customer service following details:

    • Order ID, Customer Name, Item Name, Size Purchased, Size Intend to Exchange, Courier Service & Tracking No. 

  • Exchange item would be ship out on next working day once item is received in good condition with return shipping fee payment
