a) We are AC Team Collection Sdn Bhd located at (AC TEAM COLLECTION SDN BHD, WISMA JS, NO.8, AMOY LANE, 10050 PENANG) running as www.jefferson.com.my
Buying from us
a) You must first register an account with our website with your personal email address. Note that a frequently used email address is preferred as we might send you updates about your product or any other promotion / newsletter related to our products
b) Once registered, you must be able to provide us with personal details such as Name, Telephone Number, Shipping Address and etc.
c) We may require you to validate your registered email address if the we believe that the email address provided is invalid
d) Once registered, you may continue to shop in our website.For returning customers, you will just need to sign in to your registered account and continue with the shopping.
e) When making an Order,you must follow the instructions provided when making and Order or changes to your Order before submitting it to the website.When an order is made,you are subjected to the terms and conditions.You are responsible to read the terms and condition when an order is submitted.
a) Item is only allowed to be exchanged within 15 days after the received date (Item needs to be in new condition or unworn condition together with the original tags)
b) If the item needs to be exchanged for a different size, design or colour, we will grant the request for the exchange process for only ONCE .Exchanged item needs to be sent to the main headquarters of Jefferson located at (AC TEAM COLLECTION SDN BHD, WISMA JS, NO.8, AMOY LANE, 10050 PENANG) .
(Note: We will not cover the cost of the courier of the returned items. This cost will need to be borne by customers, however we will ship the exchanged item back to customers for free).For items that needs to be exchanged, customer must include and the invoice/receipt that was issued)
c) We try our best to deliver goods of acceptable quality so the exchange policy can only be enforced only if the product is faulty upon delivery. We will then inspect the faulty products within reasonable time.To be able to claim remedies for the the faulty products,we may need your help to provide detailed information regarding the faulty product.
d) We do not do refund policy but in certain circumstances if customers are not happy with the product , the product need to be returned to us.We will refund customers with a store credit consisting of the value of the product
(Note: This store credit can be used to purchase items only from our online store)
Delivery & Cancellation
a) The product will be sent to the shipping address which was provided by customer when the item was placed.
b) Once the product is shipped, we will notify the registered email address with the tracking number.
c) If any cancellation of order needs to be done, please contact the headquarters at 04-2277113 immediately within business hours to ensure that the item has not dispatched yet. If the following item has dispatched, cancellation cannot be done anymore
d) We offer free delivery of items over RM 100 (Only in Malaysia).For items less than RM 100, we charge RM7 for deliveries to West Malaysia and RM 10 to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
a) Our vouchers are only valid for purchasing products online
b) Vouchers used after the registered expiry date is invalid.
c) We are not held liable for the loss,theft or illegibility of the vouchers
a) To be eligible to purchase from our website, customers must be over 18 and have a debit / credit card issued by a bank that are acceptable by us.If a customer is below 18, the approval of the usage of the debit/credit card holder must be present.You must assure that all the information provided for the transaction be correct.We have the right to validate the payment information before providing you with the product
b) If you are asked for details of a card payment,you must be entitled to purchase from the card or account. The card or account must possess sufficient amount to cover the proposed payment.
c) We hold no responsibility in any fraud or stolen credit cards that are used to purchase a product in our website.

a) Jefferson will have no responsibility to any other third party website that are included in our website.We are not liable for the content of any third party website to which a link from the website exists unless we are the provider of those linked sites.Without our permission,you must not copy any of the website into your own or another party's website.
